Justin Shiver has over a quarter of a century of experience as a watchmaker and workshop manager in a retail jewelry store. Justin’s expertise extends beyond the workshop. He is a current member of the American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute (AWCI) Board of Directors. As a member of the AWCI Board of Examiners, he was responsible for ensuring the proper administration of the CW21 certification process. During his tenure on the AWCI Education Committee, Justin participated in the development of the CW21 continuing education program. Since 2014, he has served as a Trustee of the AWCI Education, Library, and Museum (ELM) Trust, and in 2024, he was appointed Chairman of the ELM Trust.
