Jen Cullen Williams is an award-winning communications consultant recognized for her expertise in retail and marketing trends and her ability to connect businesses with media and consumers to drive visibility and growth. Since launching her career in 2006 in PR agencies, and later founding her consultancy in 2019, she has represented clients across the jewelry, fashion, eyewear, luxury retail, and technology industries.
Jen currently leads PR & Media Relations for major trade shows produced by RX Global, including JCK, Luxury, Vision Expo, and Functional Fabric Fair. In addition to her work with trade shows, she consults on strategic communications and PR projects for retailers and B2B service providers. She has secured coverage in top-tier outlets such as Forbes, New York Times, Vogue, and The Wall Street Journal, while also collaborating closely with influencers and content creators to amplify brand storytelling and audience engagement.
She serves on boards and committees for notable organizations including American Gem Society, Jewelers for Children, the JCK Advisory Committee, and the Optical Women’s Association. Jen received her B.A. from California State University, Long Beach and an Executive Education Certificate from Harvard Business School.
