About me
James has been a member of The EDGE team for five years, helping jewelers build confidence and get the most out of their software. As part of the Training Team, he teaches The EDGE 101 webinars and in-person classes, teaching everyone from new to experienced users. He is passionate about making The EDGE easier to understand, and helping users feel more comfortable and confident in their day-to-day use of The EDGE.
