Courtney is the Director of Marketing at BC Clark Jewelers, where she leads the company's brand strategy, advertising, digital marketing, eCommerce, and customer engagement initiatives. An AGS Certified Sales Associate and JA Certified Management Professional, she is passionate about advancing the jewelry industry through innovative marketing and leadership. Courtney also serves as Chair of the American Gem Society's Young Titleholders Committee, where she supports the development of emerging industry leaders.
