About me
Denise Richards is the Vice President of Underwood Jewelers, which has three locations in Jacksonville, Florida. Denise currently serves as Secretary of the American Gem Society (AGS) and Chair of the AGS Conclave Subcommittee. She is the past President of the AGS Young Titleholders and serves on the JCK Las Vegas Advisory Board. In 2015, Denise became the first recipient of the American Gem Society Young Titleholder Award at Conclave. Denise earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from Leeds University in 2004. She joined Underwood's in 2005 as a temporary employee, fell in love with the jewelry industry, and never looked back. Denise is a GIA Graduate Gemologist and an AGS Certified Gemologist Appraiser, bringing both creativity and technical expertise to her leadership within the industry.
